Before becoming a NLP Practitioner, I worked in the media for many years as a producer in Radio and Television, then as a freelance journalist writing for the broadsheets – the Financial Times, The Times, The Guardian. I wrote books on Ansel Adams and Georgia O’Keefe and abridge Book at Bedtime and Book of the Week for BBC Radio 4.
I was stuck. Then I was ill with breast cancer.
How I became an NLP Practitioner
It was at this time, through coaching support and a journey of self-reflection and self development that I began to understand it was time to change the way I was working and living. I realised that it wasn’t the illness I wanted or needed to talk about, this journey was more about my fundamental beliefs about myself.
I discovered NLP which enabled me to think differently and gave me choices. It was a revelation. I began to feel and see things from the past differently and became more confident. My memories didn’t change, but my perception of them did. I’ve never looked back and I love being a NLP Practitioner.
I am now a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach. I help others to develop their confidence and assertiveness and support people dealing with ill health. Coaching helps gain greater self-belief, establish more trusting and open relationships. We work together to enable you to move forward from the crossroads and, consequently, to grow, to achieve and fulfil your ambitions and dreams.
